Ruby is our Head Chef alongside her role as a Team Lead & being apart of our Core Team aswell as also stage managing one of our ENERGIZE.  Every week Ruby cooks up a storm to ensure all our Young People recieve a free hot meal.  Never one to shy away from a challenge, Ruby always makes sure Zach is kept in check.  Without Ruby, none of what we do would be possible, especially as Zach can't cook.
