Our Leadership Programme
Here at The Blaze City Project, we pride ourselves on giving Young People new experiences, to pack out their CVs and give back to their local community. Our Leadership Programme suits people of all ages, whether it is one of our Young People looking to gain valuable experience or whether it is someone completely new to Youth Work but wants to give up time to help shape the next generation.
Junior Leadership Programme
The Junior Leadership Programme is what we consider our pathway from being one of our Young People to becoming a leader. This programme ensures that you have the opportunity to learn from our more experienced members of the team, get hands on with a variety of tasks, from filling the juice to filming videos for our resources. If you can name it, we will most likely offer you the opportunity to complete the task. We have seen the vast majority of our current leaders come through this programme.
Duke of Edinburgh
We currently offer multiple DofE voluntary roles. Within the project we have 7 current DofE volunteers and are always looking to provide opportunities to more individuals. Contact us via email: youth@paceuk.org.uk for more information or to express your interest in joining us.
Department Specific Volunteering
If you want to gain experience in a specific department e.g. media/filming, then feel free to contact us to discuss this. We're always happy to provide individuals a chance to develop their skills to help further themselves.
